My journey began through experiences that exposed me to the realities of burnout, emotional distress, and the silent pressure many people carry while trying to lead, perform, and succeed. As a wellness ambassador, I encountered stories and statistics that awakened a deeper question within me: How can we prepare people not only to manage pressure, but to lead themselves and others with greater awareness, strength, and balance?

I began to recognize the powerful connection between people’s well-being and leadership. Research shows that managers influence 69% of employees’ mental health. This realization shaped my belief that one of the greatest ways to support people is to develop a balanced and conscious leadership style—one that creates psychological safety, supports sustainable performance, and allows people to thrive.

This understanding led me to Executive Coaching, and in 2023, I became a certified Executive Coach.

At the same time, I was deeply engaged in my own inner journey. Through Reiki, Soul Mending, journaling, painting, theatre, dance, and movement, I experienced how creativity, emotional expression, and energy work can transform the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us. I later completed certifications in Art Therapy and, at the end of 2025, became a Holy Fire Reiki Master and Teacher.

These experiences revealed a truth that now defines Tawazon: leadership begins within.

In February 2026, Tawazon was born.

“Tawazon” means balance—and balance is the foundation of sustainable leadership.

Today, Tawazon Institute is dedicated to building the leaders of tomorrow through the 80/20 Leadership Principle: 80% inner work and 20% tools. Because leadership tools are only as powerful as the person using them.

Through coaching, immersive experiences, creative practices, theatre, movement, energy work, and practical leadership frameworks, Tawazon helps people develop self-awareness, emotional strength, presence, clarity, and the capacity to lead with truth.

Our mission is to develop leaders who are grounded within, equipped to navigate complexity, capable of creating balance, and ready to leave a meaningful legacy.
